1. The service

KayaqAI provides AI-assisted research, comparison, and recommendation services for consumer electronics in India. We aggregate product information, prices, and reviews from public sources and from our users. We are not a retailer; we do not sell or ship products. All purchases happen on the third-party retailer sites you choose to visit.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts under Indian law to register an account.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date.
• You may not impersonate another person or create multiple accounts to circumvent moderation.

4. User-generated content

When you post a review, comment, or rating on KayaqAI, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and adapt that content within our Service. You retain ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable Indian law.

You agree not to post content that:

• is false, defamatory, or misleading;
• infringes intellectual property rights;
• contains personal information of other people;
• promotes illegal activity or contains hate speech;
• is commercial spam or unsolicited promotion.

5. Affiliate disclosure

KayaqAI participates in the Amazon Associates Programme, the Flipkart Affiliate Programme, and other affiliate networks. Some links on the Service are affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission when you click through and complete a purchase. This does not change the price you pay and does not influence our recommendations.

6. Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep prices, specifications, and availability accurate. However:

• Prices and stock are aggregated from public retailer listings and may lag the live retailer site.
• Specifications are aggregated from manufacturer and third-party sources; verify on the retailer page before purchase.
• AI-generated recommendations are decision aids, not professional advice.

You are responsible for verifying any information that influences a purchase decision.

7. Intellectual property

The KayaqAI name, logo, and original content (excluding user-generated content and licensed product data) are owned by KayaqAI and protected by Indian copyright and trademark law.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is". We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, fitness for any purpose, or non-infringement. Use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, KayaqAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the affiliate commissions we have earned from your specific purchases in the prior 12 months, capped at ₹10,000.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time from your settings page.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance.
